If a piece isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back. Items need to be unworn, with tags attached and in their original packaging.

Email info@emerlane.com with your order number and we'll reply within 24 hours with the returns address. Return postage is at your own cost. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 days of us receiving the item.

If it arrives faulty, damaged or simply isn't what you ordered, we'll send a replacement free of charge and you don't need to return the original.

Free shipping on every Australian order, with no minimum spend and nothing further to pay on arrival.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivery takes a further 4–9, so 5–11 business days in total. Orders placed after 18:00 AEST, at weekends or on public holidays are processed the next business day.

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to start updating.

Measurements for this piece are listed on this page. Check the shoulder seam first — it's the one thing that can't be adjusted, and it decides whether something hangs right more than any other measurement.

Our pieces are cut true to size. If you're between sizes, go up: something slightly loose is easier to live with than something that pulls across the bust or the shoulders.
